What is Prepaid
Load?
Prepaid load refers to products that you pay for
in advance before you use it such as prepaid
load for cell phone, landline, internet
connection, online games, and even broadband
connection like SmartBro Prepaid. This is the
same as the prepaid card you buy to reload your
mobile phone.
What is Load or
Credit?
Load
or credit is what you get in return for
purchasing a particular prepaid load product.
For example, when you buy a prepaid card for
your cell phone, you need to scratch the card
for the product code and PIN code and then
submit it for activation by the network
provider. Once activated the prepaid load is
automatically converted into "load credits" that
you can use to text or call on your mobile
phone. In other words, the load you already paid
for has been "credited" to your mobile account.
What is an E-PIN?
PIN
stands for Personal Identification Number, while
the E stands for electronic, meaning it is sent
to you digitally or via an electronic gadget
such as your mobile phone or your computer. An
E-Pin acts like a serial number that you need to
input in order to activate your prepaid load
product. Other prepaid products require two sets
of keys or codes: a serial number and a PIN
code.

SmartBro Reload is a

reloadable IDD card that allows you call abroad

How do I start reloading via my WEELOAD account?
It's
quick and easy! Just log-in to your WEELOAD
account; choose a prepaid product and the
corresponding denomination and submit your
order. Then just wait for the product code
and/or e-pin to be sent to your mobile phone (if
you ordered via mobile phone) or to your email
(optional). As soon as you submit your purchase,
the amount will be automatically debited from
your WEELOAD wallet.
Can I dispense prepaid load for my cell phone
using my own cell phone?
Yes.
This is one of the convenient features of
WEELOAD. Just text in the required order syntax
and send it to the assigned gateway number. You
will then receive an SMS message stating your
wallet balance and confirming that the load has
been credited to your cell phone number.
Can I dispense prepaid load to other mobile
users?
Yes.
Just follow the same procedure for your online
or mobile loading. The only difference is that
you will need to key in the recipient's mobile
number. After submitting your order, the
recipient will receive an SMS message that
he/she has been reloaded the amount you selected
and you will receive an SMS message confirming
the transaction and a statement of your current
balance (if you ordered via mobile) or an email
message (if you ordered online).

This
means that your WEELOAD wallet has run out of
funds. Thus, you have to fund your wallet before
you can proceed with reloading or dispensing
load.

purchase and dispense load. However, your actual
load credit comes from the specific service
provider. Thus, if the service provider's
network is experiencing problems, such as system
congestion and fluctuations in connectivity,
then a result of this would be the delayed
sending and receiving of information such as
your prepaid product's load credit.

What is an
e-wallet?
An
e-wallet or electronic wallet is software that
stores information about your purchasing and
payment transactions. Sometimes called a digital
wallet, it functions as a carrier of electronic
cash that you can use to purchase products
online.
How does it work?
This
works when you have an existing e-wallet account
such as WEELOAD. First, you need to buy credits
in a particular denomination, usually in the
form of a prepaid card. You then need to input
the code in the prepaid card into your e-wallet
in order for you to convert your cash into
electronic cash of the same denomination. This
process is called "funding" your e-wallet.
Why do I need it?
Your
WEELOAD account does not only allow you to
easily reload your prepaid loading requirements.
It also works as an e-wallet. You will need the
e-wallet not only so you can purchase your
prepaid products online through your WEELOAD
account but also to help you keep tab of your
discounts, your rewards points and your earnings

do I fund my WEELOAD account?
You
need to fund your WEELOAD account so you have
credits or e-money to purchase your prepaid load
products. You can fund your WEELOAD wallet by
transferring funds from WEEPAY wallet to your

WEEPAY is a payment gateway that allows you to
convert your cash into e-money or e-cash that
you can use for your online transactions. It
also allows you to use your ATM account to fund
your WEEPAY wallet. From your WEEPAY wallet, you
can transfer funds to your other accounts to pay
for your purchases.
What can I do
with it?
You
can use your WEEPAY wallet to purchase products
online. You can also use it to fund your WEELOAD
e-wallet so you can purchase your prepaid
products.
